Water jet cutting
Detailed cuts
Waterjet cutting is a highly effective method for cutting stainless steel parts and offers several advantages over other cutting methods. It uses a high-pressure water jet, mixed with an abrasive if desired, to cut material with exceptional accuracy. This process allows detailed cuts and keeps the surface quality high.
Cold cutting process
Unlike traditional cutting methods that generate heat, waterjet cutting is a cold cutting process. This prevents thermal deformation, warping, discoloration or changes in metallurgical properties.
Thanks to the precise cuts and the lack of thermal distortion, little to no post-processing is required.
